About Headedtap Tree Service: A Tree Referral Service

Who We Are
Headedtap Tree Service is a referral service. We help homeowners in Middletown and the Middletown area reach independent local tree providers. We do not cut, haul, or grind anything. The providers do that work, and each one runs their own business.
Why We Exist
Finding a tree provider can be slow. You search, you read, you leave messages, and you wait. Meanwhile the tree sits there. Winter ice, spring thaw, and coastal wind do not pause while you search.
So we aim for less searching, sooner. You tell us what you need. We point you to a provider who may fit.
How Providers Are Matched
Matching is simple. We look at your location, the kind of job, and the season. Then we connect you with a provider in our network who serves your area.
The job might be tree removal. It might be stump grinding. It might be storm tree clearance after a bad blow. Each job needs different gear, so the match matters.
What We Expect From Providers
We ask providers in our network to be clear and polite with homeowners. We also ask them to:
- Give a written quote before work starts
- Explain the plan in plain words
- Show up when they say they will, or tell you if plans change
- Carry the insurance and licenses their local area requires
Providers are independent. They set their own prices and schedules. You should always check their details yourself.
What We Do Not Do
We do not do tree work. We do not set prices. We do not promise a start time, and we do not promise what a policy will cover. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check yours. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
We also do not pressure you. A quote is a quote. You can say no.
How We Are Paid
Homeowners do not pay Headedtap Tree Service to be connected. Providers in our network may pay for the referrals they receive. That is how the service keeps running. It does not change what you pay the provider, and it does not give them a reason to rush you.
Plan Around the Season
Trees behave differently by season. Frozen ground can limit access. Wet snowmelt can leave soil soft. Storm season can fill provider calendars. If a tree looks risky, ask early. Many providers can respond quickly, but availability varies.
Get Connected
Tell us about your tree and your yard. A provider can then give you a written quote. Request a callback to check provider availability, or send a request online.
Reach a local provider
Tell us about your tree and request an estimate. A local provider in our network will follow up to talk through the job and timing.
